One login, many memberships

A member can hold offices across multiple lodges, chapters and councils with a single sign-in. Roles belong to the membership, not the person.

Role-based workspaces, one system

Secretary, Treasurer, Almoner, Mentor, Membership and Administration workspaces share one underlying system — each sees only what their office needs.

Each unit can have its own site at unit-name.masonbase.org alongside its private member area:

• History pages and news
• Contact forms and joining enquiries
• Meeting and charity information
• Dining bookings with Stripe payment collection
• Event promotion

Member portal, shared calendar, member directory, document repository, ritual resources and the officer workspaces above — all from the same platform.

Built for multiple orders

Currently Craft, Mark, Royal Arch, Rose Croix and AMD, with each order's own officer titles and terminology shown correctly rather than forcing Craft language onto every order.

Passwordless sign-in

Magic links by email throughout — no passwords to manage, lose or reset.

Records, not decisions

The system records and tracks. It never makes eligibility, qualification or disciplinary decisions — those stay human and constitutional.
